RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1646 (Sponsored by: Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION GRANTING AUTHORITY TO HIS HONOR, CITY MAYOR SAMUEL S. CO, TO EXTEND A ONE-TIME ALLOWANCE, CHARGEABLE AGAINST APPROPRIATE FUND SOURCES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT, TO THE HEREIN PERSONNEL OF THE CITY COMMISSION ON ELECTIONS (COMELEC) FOR THE SERVICES RENDERED DURING THE RECENTLY CONCLUDED NATIONAL AND LOCAL ELECTIONS LAST 09 MAY 2022, IN THE AMOUNT SPECIFIED HEREUNDER" WHEREAS, pursuant to the Commission on Election En Banc Resolution No. 07-0626, all local government units are hereby authorized to grant allowance to the Provincial, City or Municipal Boards of Canvassers as approved by their respective Sanggunian; WHEREAS, in view thereof, personnel of the Commission on Election (COMELEC) particularly those assigned in Pagadian City had rendered services as support staff of the City Board of Canvassers during the recently concluded Synchronized National and Local elections held last 09 May 2022, such that the Honorable City Mayor, by way of a letter, sought for legislative authority to grant a one-time allowance; WHEREAS, this august body, finding urgency and importance of the foregoing request, deems it reasonable and justifiable to grant the request, hence, this authority; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to grant, as this body hereby grants authority to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, to extend a one-time allowance, chargeable against appropriate fund sources of the City Government, to the following personnel of the City Comission on Elections (COMELEC) for the services rendered during the recently concluded National and Local Elections last 09 May 2022, in the amount specified herein, viz: MR. JASON JAO, CSC OPERATOR P 20,000.00 MS. CORAZON DOLERO, RCG 20,000.00 MS. BRYAN DATANAGAN, RCG 20,000.00 MS. NORHANIE DACULA, RCG 20,000.00 MR. JAYPEE CORDERO, RCG 20,000.00 MR. SENIENSE FIEL, SS 10,000.00 MR. WILFREDO POLEDO, SS 10,000.00 MS. MARINIEL CANEDO, SS 10,000.00 MR. JOSE NOVESTEROS 5,000.00 MS. PAMELA REYES, SS 5,000.00 MR. KEVIN PAUL CULAMIS, SS 5,000.00 MR. REUBEN MORALES, SS 5,000.00 MR.
