"A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 110 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-511, ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE CO-TERMINUS POSITIONS OF ONE (1) EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT V, SALARY GRADE 24, ONE (1) EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT IV, SALARY GRADE 22, AND ONE (1) PERSONAL DRIVER II, SALARY GRADE 4, UNDER THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION, OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR, DEFINING ITS DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR" AND FOR ITS FURTHER CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING"
WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 110 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances;
WHEREAS, following the deliberation and discussion by the body through the Committee on Finance and Appropriations, which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading;
 NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 110, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating the Co-Terminus Positions of One (1) Executive Assistant V, Salary Grade 24, One (1) Executive Assistant IV, Salary Grade 22, and One (1) Personal Driver II, Salary Grade 4, under the Administrative Division, Office of the City Mayor, defining its duties, functions and responsibilities and providing funds therefor," and for its consideration on Third Reading.
