RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1633 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 2002-05-2022 COVERING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 02, CY-2022, OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN INVOLVING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FOUR HUNDRED FOURTEEN MILLION NINETY-THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX PESOS AND TEN CENTAVOS (P414,093,176.10) PESOS" WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor submitted to this body, Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 02, CY-2022 of the City Government of Pagadian for consideration which has, upon scrutiny and evaluation, been found to address the over-all operational needs as well as priority plans, programs and projects of the City; WHEREAS, this body's legislative approval as provided for under Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, is necessary to effect its utilization and implementation; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED approve, as this body hereby approves Appropriation Ordinance No. 2002-05-2022, covering Supplemental Budget No. 02, CY-2022 of the City Government of Pagadian involving the total amount of Four Hundred Fourteen Million Ninety-Three Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos and Ten Centavos (P414,093,176.10) Pesos.
