URRO STREET UP TO BARANGAY DANLUGAN MORE SPECIFICALLY AT THE JUNCTION ROAD TO BARANGAY KAHAYAGAN" AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 108 on Second Reading, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of authority of the body, aside from its very relevance and practicability under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 108, entitled: "An Ordinance Naming As "Governor Bienvenido A. Ebarle Street" The Road From Junction P.L. Urro Street Up To Barangay Danlugan More Specifically At The Junction Road To Barangay Kahayagan" and for its consideration on Third Reading.
