Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CHANGE IN THE PROJECT TITLE FOR PROJECT NO. 1SAIP22-3000R-B1 IN SUPPLEMENTAL ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN NO. 1 OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2022, FROM "SPECIAL PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYMENT OF STUDENTS (SPES) (COUNTERPART)" TO "SPECIAL PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYMENT OF STUDENTS (SPES)" WHEREAS, in conformity with the intention of Section 2 of Republic Act No. 10917, the Honorable City Mayor, by way of a letter, sought for the change of the Project Title for Project No. 1SAIP22-3000R-B1, from Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) (Counterpart)" to "Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES)," as listed and identified in the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (SAIP) No. 1 of the City Government of Pagadian for Calendar Year 2022; WHEREAS, finding urgency and importance of the foregoing concern, this body deems it prim and proper to favorably consider such request, thus approving the change of the project title is most appropriate at this prevailing circumstance; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the change in The Project Title for Project No. 1SAIP22-3000R-B1 in Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 1 of the City Government of Pagadian for Calendar Year 2022, from "Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) (COUNTERPART)" to "Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES)." RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, the City Planning & Development Coordinator, the City Budget Officer, the City Accountant, and the City Auditor, all of this City, for their information, reference and/or appropriate action.
