"A RESOLUTION REQUESTING POLICE LIEUTENANT COLONEL KHISNA B. ASAALI, ACTING CHIEF OF POLICE-PAGADIAN CITY POLICE STATION, TO PROVIDE THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD, IN AID OF LEGISLATION, WITH A COPY OF THE DETAILED INCIDENT REPORT OF THE SHOOTING INCIDENT LAST APRIL 19, 2022 AT PUROK MAHIGALAON, BARANGAY BULATOK, THIS CITY, WHERE A CERTAIN CERELITO D. LALUNA WAS SHOT DEAD"

WHEREAS, initial information revealed that on or about 5:32 in the afternoon of April 19, 2022, a shooting incident took place at Purok Mahigalaon, Barangay Bulatok, this city, where a certain Cerelito D. Laluna alias Lito Laluna, a resident of Barangay Gubang, was shot dead by still unidentified perpetrators; 
WHEREAS, this body, concerned and alarmed over the possibility that the incident might proliferate or escalate which could further contribute to the volatility and/or instability of the present peace and order situation of the city due to the forthcoming synchronized national and local elections on May 9, 2022, deems it appropriate to request, in aid of legislation, for the details of the shooting incident as well as the development of the investigation, if any, to help the City Government institute appropriate measures to prevent the recurrence of such incidence, hence, this request
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Vincenzo E. Gagampang, be it

RESOLVED to request, as it is hereby requested Police Lieutenant Colonel Khisna B. Asaali, Acting Chief of Police, Pagadian City Police Station, to provide, in aid of legislation, the Sangguniang Panlungsod with a copy of the detailed incident report of the shooting incident last April 19, 2022 at Purok Mahigalaon, Barangay Bulatok, this city, where a certain Cerelito D. Laluna was shot dead.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to PLTCOL Khisna B. Asaali, Acting Chief of Police-Pagadian City Police Station, this city, for his information and immediate favorable consideration.
