Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION RECALLING AND RENDERING INEFFECTIVE RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1542, ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO GRANT ONE THOUSAND (P1,000.00) PESO FUEL SUBSIDY ASSISTANCE TO EVERY QUALIFIED DRIVER OF MOTORIZED TRICYCLE-FOR-HIRE OPERATING WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF PAGADIAN CITY, CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT (GAD) ACCOUNT-PROVISION OF CASH & NON-CASH ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUAL IN CRISES" WHEREAS, in consideration of the request of the Honorable City Mayor, the body, during its 121st Regular Session held on 16 March 2022, enacted Resolution No. 2022-1542 which, in gist, authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to grant One Thousand (P1,000.00) Peso Fuel Subsidy Assistance to every qualified driver of motorized tricycle-for-hire operating within the territorial jurisdiction of Pagadian City, chargeable against the Gender and Development (GAD) Account-Provision of Cash & Non-Cash Assistance to Individual in Crises; WHEREAS, after careful scrutiny and perusal and, in consideration of the prohibition provided under the Omnibus Election Code against giving financial assistance during election campaign period, it is thus imperatively necessary to recall Resolution No. 2022-1542; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to recall, as this body hereby recalls and renders ineffective Resolution No. 2022-1542, entitled: "A Resolution Authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to grant One Thousand (P1,000.00) Peso Fuel Subsidy Assistance to Every Qualified Driver of Motorized Tricycle-for-Hire Operating Within the Territorial Jurisdiction of Pagadian City, Chargeable Against the Gender and Development (GAD) Account-Provision of Cash & Non-Cash Assistance to Individual in Crises.
