RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1555 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 2001-03-2022 COVERING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 01, CY-2022, OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN INVOLVING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF SEVENTY MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE (P70,552,999.00) PESOS" WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor submitted to this body, Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 01 CY-2022 of the City Government of Pagadian for consideration which has, upon scrutiny and evaluation, been found to address the over-all operational needs as well as priority plans, programs and projects of the city; WHEREAS, this body's legislative approval as provided for under Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, is necessary to effect its utilization and implementation; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Appropriation Ordinance No. 2001-03-2022, covering Supplemental Budget No. 01, CY-2022 of the City Government of Pagadian involving the total amount of Seventy Million Five Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine (P70,552,999.00) Pesos.
