"A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DONATION OF LOT 2, BLOCK 39, CONTAINING AN AREA OF 5,000 SQUARE METERS, WITHIN THE PRESIDENT CORAZON C. AQUINO REGIONAL CENTER SITE IN BARANGAY BALINTAWAK, THIS CITY, TO THE PHILIPPINE AIR FORCE (PAF) FOR USE AS SITE OF ITS ADVANCE COMMAND POST/LIAISON OFFICE OF 6TH ARCen AND MOBILIZATION CENTER AND AUTHORIZING, FOR THE PURPOSE, HONORABLE CITY MAYOR SAMUEL S. CO TO SIGN AND EXECUTE THE DEED OF DONATION FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN"

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod adopted Resolution No. 2009-0691, which, in gist, approved the grant, by way of Deeds of Donation, the allocation and distribution of the areas within the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Center site situated at Barangay Balintawak, this City, to the transferring regional offices of the different national government departments and agencies; 

WHEREAS, the City Government has identified and defined Lot No. 2, Block 39 thereat as site for the Advance Command Post/Liaison Office of 6th ARCen and Mobilization Center of the Philippine Air Force, after considering its space requirements;

WHEREAS, a Deed of Donation for the purpose was endorsed to this body by the Honorable City Mayor with a request for authority to correspondingly sign the document formalizing the allocation of the area which document, upon review, is deemed in order;

NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it 
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the donation of Lot 2, Block 39, containing an area of 5,000 square meters, within the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Center Site in Barangay Balintawak, this city, to the Philippine Air Force (PAF) for use as site of its Advance Command Post/Liaison Office of 6th Arcen and Mobilization Center and authorizing, for the purpose, Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co to sign and execute the Deed of Donation for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his reference and appropriate action; the City Legal Officer; to Jonathan P. Hallara, LTC PAF (GSC), Andrews Air Base, Zamboanga City; and all other offices concerned, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
