RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1539 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND DECLARING AS OPERATIVE AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT, APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 01 (ANNUAL BUDGET FOR CY 2022) OF BARANGAY LENIENZA" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Lenienza, this City, enacted Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, involving the amount of Seven Million Six Hundred Thousand (P7,600,000.00) Pesos and submitted the same for review and approval by this Sanggunian pursuant to Section 391 of R.A. 7160; WHEREAS, the said Appropriation Ordinance, after consideration and evaluation by this august body through the concerned Committee, has been found to have substantially complied with the provisions of R.A. 7160 and such other pertinent legal requisites; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve and declare, as this body hereby approves and declares as operative and in full force and effect, Appropriation Ordinance No. 01 (Annual Budget for CY 2022) of Barangay Lenienza. RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Lenienza through its Punong Barangay and to the City Budget Officer, this City, for information and guidance.
