MARICEL B. JOYAG, AS VENDEE, WITH REFERENCE TO A CITY GOVERNMENT-OWNED REAL ESTATE PROPERTY KNOWN AS LOT NO. 2851-B, PSD-09-086600, COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 131-2021000239, INVOLVING AN AREA OF ELEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN (11,797) SQUARE METERS, LOCATED AT SAN FRANCISCO DISTRICT, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, this august body, during its 92nd Regular Session held on 04 August 2021, passed Resolution No. 2021-1225, which, in gist, authorized Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co to negotiate and offer for sale the City Government-owned parcel of lot known as Lot No. 2851-B, Psd-09-086600, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 131-2021000239, containing an area of Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Seven (11,797) square meters, situated at San Francisco District, this city; WHEREAS, in view thereof, the Honorable City Mayor, as Vendor, and the KMC Realty Corporation, as Vendee, have come into agreement to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale involving the above-mentioned real property, for which the Honorable City Mayor has sought authority to sign the Deed of Sale for and in behalf of the City Government; WHEREAS, this body, after careful perusal and evaluation, finds it cogently necessary to clothe the Honorable City Mayor with the necessary authority, hence, this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale entered into by and between the City Government of Pagadian, as Vendor, and the KMC Realty Corporation, represented by its Attorney-In-Fact, Ms. Maricel B. Joyag, as Vendee, with reference to a City Government-owned real estate property known as Lot No. 2851-B, Psd-09-086600, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 131-2021000239, involving an area of Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Seven (11,797) square meters, located at San Francisco District, this city.
