RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1509 (Sponsor: Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO ACCEPT THE DONATION OF MS. PERLITA J. MAATA IN FAVOR OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN OVER A PARCEL OF LAND KNOWN AS LOT NO. 4958-J, PLS-119, (EXISTING ROAD), COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 131-2022000042, CONTAINING AN AREA OF 2,480 SQUARE METERS, SITUATED AT BARANGAY DANLUGAN, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, Ms. Perlita J. Maata, the registered owner of a parcel of land known as Lot No. 4958-J, Pls-119 (Existing Road Lot), covering an area of 2,480 square meters, situated at Barangay Danlugan, this City, offered to donate the same in favor of the City Government of Pagadian purposely for the development of the road; WHEREAS, this body, in consideration of the information that the subject property is presently utilized as a barangay road and, finding the donation to the best interest of the city and its constituents, deems it urgent and most appropriate to clothe the City Chief Executive with the authority to accept the same; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to accept the donation of Ms. Perlita J. Maata in favor of the City Government of Pagadian over a parcel of land known as Lot No. 4958-J, Pls-119, (existing road), covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 131-2022000042, containing an area of 2,480 Square Meters, situated at Barangay Danlugan, this City. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for favorable consideration; to the City Legal Officer; and to the lot donor, Ms. Perlita J.
