RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1503 (Sponsor: Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO ENTER, FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH (DOH)-REGIONAL OFFICE 9, AND DR. FARR KRIZHA I. TANGKUSAN WITH REFERENCE TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DOCTORS TO THE BARRIOS (DTTB) PROGRAM IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN WITH A MONTHLY HONORARIUM OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND (P15,000.00) PESOS AND, THEREBY, RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1487" WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2022-1487 of this body authorized the Honorable City Mayor to enter, for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian, into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Health (DOH)-Regional Office 9, and Dr. Farr Krizha I. Tangkusan with reference to the implementation of the Doctors to the Barrios (DTTB) program in the City of Pagadian; WHEREAS, Dr. Debbylene S. Tan, M.D.-OIC Medical Officer V of the City Health Office, in a letter addressed to this body, sought for the amendment of the above-denominated resolution by stipulating therein the rate of monthly honorarium of Dr. Farr Krizha I. Tangkusan, in the amount of P15,000.00; WHEREAS, such request requires due course of action thus effecting the amendment sought for is deemed most appropriate and imperative; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to enter, for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian, into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Health (DOH)-Regional Office 9, and Dr. Farr Krizha I. Tangkusan with reference to the implementation of the Doctors to the Barrios (DTTB) program in the City of Pagadian with a monthly honorarium of Fifteen Thousand (P15,000.00) Pesos and, thereby, rescinding Resolution No. 2022-1487. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for information and favorable action; to the City Legal Officer; to the Department of Health through Dr. Joshua G. Brillantes, OIC-Director, Zamboanga Peninsula-Center for Health Development; and Dr. Farr Krizha I.
