Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION MANIFESTING TO THE PHILIPPINE CENTER FOR POST-HARVEST DEVELOPMENT AND MECHANIZATION (PHILMECH), THROUGH DIRECTOR BALDWIN G. JALLORINA, THE CITY GOVERNMENT'S REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ONE (1) UNIT COMBINE HARVESTER AND ONE (1) UNIT 4-WHEEL DRIVE TRACTOR UNDER THE RICE COMPETITIVENESS ENHANCEMENT FUND-MECHANIZATION COMPONENT AND AUTHORIZING, FOR THE PURPOSE, THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO TRANSACT AND SIGN ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO" WHEREAS, information revealed that the Philippine Center for Post-Harvest Development and Mechanization (PhilMech), in line with its mandate to help uplift the livelihood of the agricultural sector and ensure national food security, is now extending assistance to LGUs under its Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund-Mechanization Component Program through the provision of viable agricultural mechanization and postharvest technology-based enterprises for use of the agricultural and fishery beneficiaries; WHEREAS, in view of the foregoing development, this body finds it prim and proper to manifest the city's intention to avail of such program by requesting the provision of One (1) Unit Combine Harvester and One (1) Unit 4-Wheel Drive Tractor; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to manifest, as this body hereby manifests to the Philippine Center for Post-Harvest Development and Mechanization (PhilMech), through Director Baldwin G. Jallorina, the City Government's request for assistance through the provision of one (1) unit Combine Harvester and one (1) unit 4-Wheel Drive Tractor under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund-Mechanization Component. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to authorize the Honorable City Mayor to transact and sign any and all documents relating thereto. RESOLVED, FINALLY, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to Dr. Baldwin G. Jallorina, Director IV-Philippine Center for Post-Harvest Development and Mechanization (PhilMech), CLSU Compound, Science, Munoz City, Nueva Ecija, for information and favorable consideration; and to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S.
