RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1482 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Commerce, Trade and Industry, Economic Enterprise and Cooperatives; and Committee on Laws, Rules & Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 104 ON THIRD READING AND DENOMINATING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-505, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE MOVEMENTS OF UNVACCINATED INDIVIDUALS FOR COVID-19 IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVIDING GUIDELINES AND REGULATIONS AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 104, co-authored by Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, and Honorable Vincenzo E. Cagampang, entitled: "An Ordinance Regulating The Movements Of Unvaccinated Individuals For COVID-19 In The City Of Pagadian, Providing Guidelines And Regulations And Prescribing Penalties For Violation Thereof," was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to adopt, as this body hereby adopts Draft Ordinance No. 104 on Third Reading and denominating the same as City Ordinance No. 2022-505, entitled: "An Ordinance Regulating The Movements Of Unvaccinated Individuals For COVID-19 In The City Of Pagadian, Providing Guidelines And Regulations And Prescribing Penalties For Violation Thereof.
