RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1479 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Ways and Means and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING AND FOR CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 101, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE AMOUNT OF ONE THOUSAND (P1,000.00) PESOS AS COST OF COLLECTION ON REAL PROPERTY TAX DELINQUENCY INCLUDING THE EXPENSES OF ADVERTISEMENT AND SALE OF REAL PROPERTIES DUE FOR PUBLIC AUCTION PURSUANT TO SECTION 260 OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7160." WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 101 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the deliberation and discussion by the body through the Committee on Way and Means and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Troy B. Asugas, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading and for consideration on Third Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 101, entitled: "An Ordinance Prescribing The Amount Of One Thousand (P1,000.00) Pesos As Cost Of Collection On Real Property Tax Delinquency Including The Expenses Of Advertisement And Sale Of Real Properties Due For Public Auction Pursuant To Section 260 Of Republic Act No. 7160."
