"A RESOLUTION INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE APPLICATION OF MR. GARRY A. GUIRNALDO, REPRESENTATIVE OF DIAMOND GASOLINE STATION, TO CONSTRUCT, ESTABLISH AND OPERATE A 19.20 KILO LITER GASOLINE STATION AT BARANGAY BOGO, THIS CITY, PROVIDED ALL PERTINENT DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS AS MANDATED UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8479 AND SUCH OTHER LAWS AND LOCAL ORDINANCES PERTAINING THERETO ARE DULY COMPLIED WITH"

WHEREAS, Mr. Garry A. Guirnaldo, representative of Diamond Gasoline Station, has applied for the construction and establishment of a gasoline station in Barangay Bogo, this city, and sought the support and endorsement of this august body in securing necessary government permits and clearances; 

WHEREAS, the concerned Committee, to which the foregoing matter was referred for initial consideration and, with the favorable endorsement from the OIC-City Zoning Administrator, finds no impediment to the application provided all requisites for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the facility as may be stipulated under existing national laws and local ordinances be strictly complied with;

NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it
RESOLVED to interpose no objection, as this body hereby interposes no objection to the application of Mr. Garry A. Guirnaldo, representative of Diamond Gasoline Station, to construct, establish and operate a 19.20 Kilo liter Gasoline Station at Barangay Bogo, this city, provided all pertinent documentary requirements as mandated under Republic Act No. 8479 and such other laws and local ordinances pertaining thereto are duly complied with.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor; the City Planning & Development Coordinator; the City Engineer; the City Building Official, for their monitoring, supervision and appropriate action; and to the applicant, Mr. Garry A. Guirnaldo, Diamond Gasoline Station, for information and guidance.
