RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1467 (Sponsor: Committee on Health & Social Services) "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 102 ON THIRD READING AND DENOMINATING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-503, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ASSIGNING ONE (1) GOVERNMENT-OWNED HOSPITAL-BASED AMBULANCE VEHICLE FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE PAGADIAN CITY INFIRMARY, SITUATED AT BARANGAY DANLUGAN, THIS CITY, ADOPTING RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE LICENSURE OF AMBULANCE AND AMBULANCE SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 102, sponsored by the Committee on Health and Social Services, entitled: "An Ordinance Assigning One (1) Government-Owned Hospital-Based Ambulance Vehicle for the Exclusive Use of the Pagadian City Infirmary, situated at Barangay Danlugan, this city, Adopting Rules and Regulations Governing the Licensure of Ambulance and Ambulance Service Providers, and For Other Purposes," was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to adopt, as this body hereby adopts Draft Ordinance No. 102 on Third Reading and denominating the same as City Ordinance No. 2022-503, entitled: "An Ordinance Assigning One (1) Government-Owned Hospital-Based Ambulance Vehicle for the Exclusive Use of the Pagadian City Infirmary, situated at Barangay Danlugan, this city, Adopting Rules and Regulations Governing the Licensure of Ambulance and Ambulance Service Providers, and For Other Purposes."
