RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1466 (Sponsor: Committee on Health & Social Services) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 102, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ASSIGNING ONE (1) GOVERNMENT-OWNED HOSPITAL-BASED AMBULANCE VEHICLE FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE PAGADIAN CITY INFIRMARY, SITUATED AT BARANGAY DANLUGAN, THIS CITY, ADOPTING RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE LICENSURE OF AMBULANCE AND AMBULANCE SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 102 on Second Reading, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of authority of the body, aside from its very relevance and practicability under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading Draft Ordinance No. 057, entitled: "An Ordinance Assigning One (1) Government-Owned Hospital-Based Ambulance Vehicle for the Exclusive Use of the Pagadian City Infirmary, situated at Barangay Danlugan, this city, Adopting Rules and Regulations Governing the Licensure of Ambulance and Ambulance Service Providers, and For Other Purposes."
