RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1434 (By Acclamation) "A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND WELCOMING THE ASSIGNMENT AND DESIGNATION OF POLICE LIEUTENANT COLONEL MANUEL RYAN P. LIM AS FULL-FLEDGED CHIEF OF POLICE OF PAGADIAN CITY" WHEREAS, effective 20 September 2021, Police Lieutenant Colonel Manuel Ryan P. Lim, by virtue of Special Order No. PRO 9-SO-RA-2021-1041, was designated and installed as Officer In-Charge of the Pagadian City Police Station vice PLTCOL Joenery V. Ojas; WHEREAS, the assignment and designation made by higher headquarters of the PNP of a more steadfast, committed and dedicated senior officer in the person of PLTCOL Lim to head the Pagadian City Police Station is gratefully welcomed and acknowledged; WHEREAS, this body finds it imperatively necessary to confirm the assignment and designation of PLTCOL Manuel Ryan P. Lim as full-fledged Chief of Police of the Pagadian City Police Station; NOW, THEREFORE, on unanimous motion of all Council Members, and severally seconded, it was RESOLVED to confirm and welcome, as this body hereby confirms and welcomes the assignment and designation of Police Lieutenant Colonel Manuel Ryan P. Lim as full-fledged Chief of Police of Pagadian City. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Police Provincial Director, Zamboanga del Sur Police Office, Camp Major Reginaldo C. Abelon; to PLTCOL Manuel Ryan P. Lim, Pagadian City Police Station; and to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, all of this city, for their information and guidance. APPROVED BY ACCLAMATION.
