RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0150 (Sponsor: Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GRANT AND RELEASE OF SERVICE RECOGNITION INCENTIVE (SRI) TO ALL CITY GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, REGULAR PLANTILLA PERSONNEL AND CASUAL OR CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYEES SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT" WHEREAS, just like in the previous years, the City Government of Pagadian had been granting Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) or additional bonus to all city government officials and employees in recognition of their invaluable contribution to the over-all development of the city as well as in appreciation of their responsive delivery of public services more particularly during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic; WHEREAS, as practiced, such Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) is given for all officials and employees--whether holding a permanent/regular, casual or contractual position including those workers charged against savings of the concerned LGUs--subject to the budgetary condition that the grant shall be within the Personal Services limitation; WHEREAS, this body, in recognition of the collective and unceasing participation and continuing effort toward the establishment of streamlined government processes and more responsive delivery of public services, finds it most fitting to grant such incentive to all City Government Officials, Regular Plantilla Personnel and Casual or Contractual Employees subject to availability of funds of the City Government; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the grant and release of Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) to all City Government Officials, Regular Plantilla Personnel and Casual or Contractual Employees subject to availability of funds of the City Government. RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished the Honorable City Mayor, the City Budget Officer, the City Accountant, the City Treasurer, and the City Auditor, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
