RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0148 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 02 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 2005-12-2022, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SUM OF EIGHT MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO THOUSAND (P8,592,000.00) PESOS AS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION PURSUANT TO THE CERTIFICATION ISSUED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR SPECIFIED PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, AND EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN"" WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor submitted to this body, Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 5 CY-2022 of the City Government of Pagadian for consideration which has, upon scrutiny and evaluation, been found to address the overall operational needs as well as priority plans, programs, and projects of the City; WHEREAS, this body's legislative approval, as provided for under Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, is necessary to effect its utilization and implementation; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 02 on Third Reading and ordaining the same as Appropriation Ordinance No. 2005-12-2022, entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring the sum of Eight Million Five Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand (P8,592,000.00) Pesos as available for appropriation pursuant to the certification issued by the Local Finance Committee and appropriating the same amount for specified programs, projects, and expenditures of the City Government of Pagadian."
