Lim, Jr.) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 010 ON THIRD READING AND ADOPTING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-524, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING PERSONNEL POSITIONS IN THE PAGADIAN CITY INFIRMARY, CITY LEGAL OFFICE AND OFFICE OF THE CITY ENGINEER; SETTING THE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS; DEFINING THE DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND FUNCTIONS HERETO ATTACHED, PROVIDING FUNDS THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 010, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating Personnel Positions in the Pagadian City Infirmary, City Legal Office and Office of the City Engineer; Setting the Qualification Requirements; Defining the Duties, Responsibilities, and Functions Hereto Attached, Providing Funds Thereof" was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence, its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ariel J. Lim, Jr., be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 010 on Third Reading and adopting the same as City Ordinance No. 2022-524, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating Personnel Positions in the Pagadian City Infirmary, City Legal Office and Office of the City Engineer; Setting the Qualification Requirements; Defining the Duties, Responsibilities, and Functions Hereto Attached, Providing Funds Thereof."
