RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0144 (Sponsor: Committee on Health and Social Services) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 007, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AFFAIRS OFFICE IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, DEFINING ITS ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR" ON SECOND READING AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD AND FINAL READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No.007 on Second Reading, finds the measure sufficient in form and in substance and most applicable under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ariel J. Lim, Jr., be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 007, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing the Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office in the City of Pagadian, Defining its Organizational Structure and Appropriating Funds Therefor" on Second Reading and for the Consideration of the same on Third and Final Reading.
