RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0143 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 02, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SUM OF EIGHT MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO THOUSAND (P8,592,000.00) PESOS AS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION PURSUANT TO THE CERTIFICATION ISSUED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR SPECIFIED PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, AND EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN" ON SECOND READING AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, following the approval on First Reading of Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, the body, in consideration of the urgency of the matter as certified by the Honorable City Mayor, proceeded to consider the same on Second Reading; WHEREAS, after finding the specified programs, projects and expenditures contained thereat vital and responsive to the legal obligations of the city as well as to its over-all development, the body deems it appropriate to approve the same on Second Reading and proceed to its further consideration and deliberation on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring the sum of Eight Million Five Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand (P8,592,000.00) pesos as available for appropriation pursuant to the certification issued by the Local Finance Committee and appropriating the same amount for specified programs, projects, and expenditures of the City Government of Pagadian" on Second Reading and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading.
