RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0130 (Sponsor: Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION OFFICIALLY DECLARING DR. MARY JEAN P. LORECHE, CHIEF PATHOLOGIST, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH (DOH)-REGIONAL OFFICE 7, AS ADOPTED DAUGHTER OF THE CITY OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, Dr. Mary Jean P. Loreche, Chief Pathologist of the Department of Health-Regional Office 7, during the height of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic where the City Government of Pagadian expressed alarm and apprehension over the rising cases of infected individuals, selflessly responded to the call of the city government by providing free Real Time Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RTPCR) Molecular Laboratory Processing and Additional COVID-19 vaccines which greatly benefitted the city's constituency during the pandemic; WHEREAS, such gesture exhibited by Dr. Mary Jean P. Loreche is indicative of her earnest effort and all-out support to the people of Pagadian and bespeaks of her personal zeal to extend the services of the government where such are most needed; WHEREAS, the entire populace of Pagadian City humbly acknowledges with gratefulness this auspicious deed of Dr. Mary Jean P. Loreche such that it is only fitting to accord her the privilege of becoming its "Adopted Daughter;" NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to officially declare, as this body hereby officially declares Dr. Mary Jean P. Loreche, Chief Pathologist, Department of Health (DOH)-Regional Office 7, as Adopted Daughter of the City of Pagadian. RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to Dr. Mary Jean P. Loreche, through His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for information, guidance and reference. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
