"A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 012 ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING PERSONNEL POSITIONS IN THE PAGADIAN CITY INFIRMARY, OFFICE OF THE CITY LEGAL AND OFFICE OF THE CITY ENGINEER; SETTING QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS; DEFINING THEIR DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS THERETO ATTACHED AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREOF" AND FOR ITS FURTHER CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING"
WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 012 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances;
WHEREAS, following the deliberation and discussion by the body through the Committee on Good Government, Ethics and Civil Service; Committee on Finance and Appropriations and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation, which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading;
 NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ariel J. Lim, Jr., be it
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 012 Entitled: "An Ordinance Creating Personnel Positions in the Pagadian City Infirmary, Office of the City Legal and Office of the City Engineer; Setting Qualification Requirements; Defining their Duties, Responsibilities and Functions Thereto Attached and Providing Funds Thereof," and for its consideration on Third Reading.
