FERNANDEZ, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE FURTHER MODIFYING SECTION 1 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2020-448, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE FURTHER RECLASSIFYING THE STALLS IDENTIFIED AS FOR RENTAL/LEASE IN ALL FLOOR LEVELS OF THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER (C3) AND PROVIDING FOR AN AMENDED RATES OF RENTAL THEREOF AND, IN EFFECT, AMENDING PARAGRAPH (A) OF SECTION 4, UNDER ARTICLE IX OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2009-288 AND SECTION 1 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2015-349" AND FOR ITS FURTHER CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, presented for consideration on Second Reading is Draft Ordinance No. 011, authored by Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, Entitled: "An Ordinance Further Modifying Section 1 of City Ordinance No. 2020-448, Entitled: "An Ordinance Further Reclassifying the Stalls identified as for Rental/Lease in all Floor Levels of the City Commercial Center (C3) and Providing for An Amended Rates of Rental Thereof and, In Effect, Amending Paragraph (a) of Section 4, Under Article IX of City Ordinance No. 2009-288 and Section 1 of City Ordinance No. 2015-349;" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 011, finds the proposed measure very relevant and practical under the present circumstances, thus approving the same on Second Reading and for its consideration on Third and Final Reading is most appropriate at this prevailing circumstance; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 011, authored by Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, Entitled: "An Ordinance Further Modifying Section 1 of City Ordinance No. 2020-448, Entitled: "An Ordinance Further Reclassifying the Stalls identified as for Rental/Lease in all Floor Levels of the City Commercial Center (C3) and providing for an Amended Rates of Rental thereof and, in effect, Amending Paragraph (a) of Section 4, Under Article IX of City Ordinance No. 2009-288 and Section 1 of City Ordinance No. 2015-349," and for its further consideration on Third Reading.
