Bajamunde, Jr.,) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING SUPPLEMENTAL ANNUAL INVESTMENT LIST (SAIL) NO. 1, CALENDAR YEAR 2022, OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN FOR PRIORITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT UNDER SPECIFIC PROJECT LOCATION/AREA AND WITH NEW ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) REFERENCE CODE NUMBER IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P2,300,000.00) PESOS, WHICH APPROPRIATION ARE TO BE TAKEN FROM THE ALLOCATION FOR ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) REFERENCE CODE NO. RF22-8000-3A-1, CONSTRUCTION/CONCRETING/IMPROVEMENT OF ROADS (VARIOUS BARANGAYS)" WHEREAS, in view of the effects of typhoons with heavy downpour that struck Mindanao including the City of Pagadian where several barangay roads have been destroyed, the Honorable City Mayor forwarded to this august body Supplemental Annual Investment List (SAIL) No. 1, for Calendar Year 2022, involving development project costing Two Million Three Hundred Thousand (P2,300,000.00) Pesos as adopted by the City Development Council Executive Committee through its Resolution No. 2022-06, for consideration; WHEREAS, upon evaluation, this body has established that the list involved priority development project with specific project location/area and provided with new AIP Reference Code Number for purposes of clarification, transparency and project implementation, and subject for funding out of the lump sum appropriation under AIP Reference Code No. RF22-8000-3A-1, Construction/Concreting/Improvement of Roads (Various Barangays), for the rehabilitation and restoration of existing barangay road with construction of open drainage and slope protection at Barangay Baloyboan in the amount of P2,300,000.00; WHEREAS, finding the same in order and consistent with the city government's call for objectivity and transparency in governance, hence, this approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr., be it RESOLVED to approve and adopt, as this body hereby approves and adopts Supplemental Annual Investment List (SAIL) No. 1, Calendar Year 2022, of the City Government of Pagadian for priority development project under specific project location/area and with new Annual Investment Plan (AIP) Reference Code Number in the total amount of Two Million Three Hundred Thousand (P2,300,000.00) Pesos, which appropriation are to be taken from the allocation for Annual Investment Plan (AIP) Reference Code No. RF22-8000-3A-1, Construction/Concreting/Improvement of Roads (Various Barangays), as hereunder specified: AIP Reference Name of Program Implementing Office Project ___Number___ ____Project/Activity____ Account Code ___Cost___ 8000 A.
