RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0118 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Market & Slaughterhouse/Dressing Plants, Committee on Commerce, Trade & Industry & Economic Enterprise & Cooperatives, Committee on Tourism, Sisterhood Program, Arts & Culture and Committee on Agriculture, Fishery & Agrarian Reform ) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 004 AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-522, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE PAGADIAN CITY HALAL INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT AND MONITORING COUNCIL, DEFINING ITS PURPOSE AND FUNCTIONS FOR THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF HALAL INDUSTRY IN THE CITY AND OTHER RELATED PURPOSES"" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 004, authored by Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, has been thoroughly considered on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicality, hence, its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it RESOLVED to approve, as it hereby approves on Third Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 004 and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2022-522, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing The Pagadian City Halal Industry Development And Monitoring Council, Defining Its Purpose And Functions For The Growth And Development Of Halal Industry In The City And Other Related Purposes."
