"A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE RAMONA LAND CORPORATION FOR THE ALTERATION DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (ADP) OF THE APPROVED PLAN OF KAGAWASAN VILLAGE SUBDIVISION PHASE III PROJECT, FOR PARCELS OF LAND AFFECTED, IDENTIFIED AS BLOCK 1 LOT 1; BLOCK 3 LOT 9; BLOCK 7 LOTS 1,2,3,4,5, AND 6; BLOCK 8 LOTS 1 AND 2; BLOCK 9 LOT 3; BLOCK 10 LOTS 1,2 AND 3; AND ROAD LOTS 1 AND 2 SITUATED AT BARANGAY KAGAWASAN, THIS CITY, PROVIDED, THAT THE PROVISIONS OF EXISTING LAWS, SHALL BE FOLLOWED"
WHEREAS, the Ramona Land Corporation applied for Alteration Development Permit (ADP) of the approved subdivision plan of the Kagawasan Village Subdivision Phase III Project, containing a total area of 11,603 square meters, located at Barangay Kagawasan, this city;
WHEREAS, after thorough review and evaluation on the foregoing concern by the body in coordination of the City Planning and Development Office and the Committees concerned, the application for Alteration Development Permit (ADP) was found in order so as to merit approval, subject, however, to the pertinent laws and issuances governing thereon; 
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Patrisha Kaye N. Asugas, be it 
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approve the application of the Ramona Land Corporation for Alteration Development Permit (ADP) of the approved plan of the Kagawasan Village Subdivision Phase III Project located at Barangay Kagawasan, this City, as herein specified, to wit:
