RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0113 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation; Committee on Planning and Landed Estates; and Committee on Infrastructure, Public Bidding and Community Development) "A RESOLUTION REMANDING TO THE CITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR, THROUGH THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR, THE REQUEST OF JERICHO PRIME CAPITAL AND DEVELOPMENT TO CONSTRUCT AN OVERPASS/FLYOVER THAT WILL CONNECT THE TWO (2) PROPOSED COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS SEPARATED BY AN ALLEY, LOCATED AT BARANGAY SAN JOSE, THIS CITY, WITH A FURTHER ADVISE TO INFORM THE REQUESTING PARTY TO COMPLY WITH THE NEEDED REQUIREMENTS PROVIDED UNDER THE COMMITTEE REPORT" WHEREAS, the City Planning and Development Coordinator indorsed to this august body, the request of the Jericho Prime Capital and Development Corporation to construct an overpass/flyover that will connect their two (2) proposed commercial buildings separated by an alley located at Barangay San Jose, this City; WHEREAS, the body, upon thorough perusal and evaluation and, considering the findings of the concerned Committees-to which the foregoing request was initially referred-deems it appropriate to remand the same to the City Planning and Development Coordinator with an advise to inform the requesting party to submit pertinent documents necessary to support their request, hence, this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Patrisha Kaye N. Asugas, be it RESOLVED to remand, as this body hereby remands to the City Planning and Development Coordinator, through the Honorable City Mayor, the request of Jericho Prime Capital and Development to construct an overpass/flyover that will connect the two (2) proposed commercial buildings separated by an alley, located at Barangay San Jose, this city, with a further advise to inform the requesting party to submit the following documents required by the concerned Committees, to wit: A Barangay Resolution interposing no objection to the construction of the proposed overpass/flyover; and Proof of public hearing or consultation conducted relative to the proposed construction of an overpass/flyover. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished to the Honorable City Mayor; and to the City Planning and Development Coordinator and OIC-Zoning Administrator, Engr. Reynita R.
