"A RESOLUTION OFFICIALLY INFORMING THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF SANTA LUCIA THAT, PER RECORD, THERE IS NO EXISTING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN AND THE BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF SANTA LUCIA WITH REFERENCE TO THE OPERATION OF THE PAGADIAN CITY FARMERS TRADING CENTER (BAGSAKAN) LOCATED ALONG DABLO STREET, BARANGAY SANTA LUCIA, THIS CITY"
WHEREAS, this body was furnished with Barangay Resolution No. 2022-53 of the Sangguniang Barangay of Santa Lucia, entitled: "A Resolution Address to Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) for Official Clarification Concerning the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the City of Pagadian and Barangay Santa Lucia for the Operation of Pagadian City Farmers Center (BAGSAKAN) located along Dablo Street, Santa Lucia District, Pagadian City;"
WHEREAS, after careful scrutiny and perusal, the body, in consideration of the information provided by the concerned Committees-to which the foregoing matter was referred for initial evaluation and consideration-deems it appropriate and in order to inform the Barangay Government of Santa Lucia that there is no existing Memorandum of Agreement by and between the City Government of Pagadian and the Barangay Government of Santa Lucia relative to the operation of the Pagadian City Farmers Trading Center (BAGSAKAN);
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it 
RESOLVED to officially inform, as this body hereby officially informs the Barangay Council of Santa Lucia that, per record, there is no existing Memorandum of Agreement entered into by and between the City Government of Pagadian and the Barangay Government of Santa Lucia with reference to the operation of the Pagadian City Farmers Trading Center (BAGSAKAN) located along Dablo Street, Barangay Santa Lucia, this city.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Santa Lucia through the Punong Barangay, for its information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
