Co, was presented for consideration on First Reading; WHEREAS, the same Draft Ordinance No. 004 was favorably recommended by the Committee on Market and Slaughterhouse/Dressing Plants; Committee on Commerce, Trade and Industry and Economic Enterprise and Cooperatives; Committee on Tourism, Sisterhood Program, Arts and Culture; and Committee on Agriculture, Fishery and Agrarian Reform, in its unnumbered Committee Report, for further consideration and deliberation on Second Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves for consideration on Second Reading in the next Regular Session, Draft Ordinance No. 004, authored by Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing the Pagadian City Halal Industry Development and Monitoring Council, Defining its Purpose and Functions for the Growth and Development of Halal Industry in the City of Pagadian and Other Related Purposes."
