Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING AND CONVEYING THE 14TH CITY COUNCIL'S PROFOUND SYMPATHY AND CONDOLENCES TO THE BEREAVED QUICOY FAMILY FOR THE DEMISE OF FORMER CITY COUNCILOR, ATTY. TEODORO "TATA" M. QUICOY, WHO PEACEFULLY JOINED HIS CREATOR ON OCTOBER 26, 2022 AT THE AGE OF 67" WHEREAS, the whole officialdom of the City of Pagadian was deeply saddened and expressed deep sorrow for the demise of former City Councilor Atty. Teodoro M. Quicoy, who joined His Creator on October 26, 2022; WHEREAS, the beloved former legislator served this City as a Councilor from 1998 to 2001 (6th & 7th City Council), from 2013 to 2016 (11th City Council) and from 2019 to 2022 (13th City Council), and shared his time, efforts, thoughts, and lawful insights to this august chamber and had greatly helped the Sanggunian achieve its mandate of providing necessary legislation for the welfare of the people of Pagadian; WHEREAS, the passing of the late Atty. Teodoro M. Quicoy is an irreparable loss and an occasion of deep mourning and insurmountable grief, not only to his beloved family but to the people of this City as well thus, this unfortunate moment in the life of the Quicoy family deserves the immediate comfort and solace of the body; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to express and convey, as this body hereby expresses and conveys the 14th City Council's profound sympathy and condolences to the bereaved Quicoy family for the demise of former City Councilor, Atty. Teodoro "Tata" M. Quicoy, who peacefully joined his creator on October 26, 2022 at the age of 67. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Quicoy Family through Ms. Evelyn M. Quicoy, for information. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
