" A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. EAMON PILARDO B. SIYLUY AS CITY GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD-I (CITY ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE OFFICER), SALARY GRADE 25/1, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 17, 2022"
WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor appointed Mr. Eamon Pilardo B. Siyluy as City Government Department Head I, with the specific designation of City Economic Enterprise Officer (Salary Grade 25/1), effective October 17, 2022 and the appointment was submitted to this august body for confirmation as required by pertinent provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991;
WHEREAS, after preliminary evaluation thereof through a probing deliberation, the body found the subject appointee to be qualified for the position and the appointment documents are in order; 
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr., be it 
RESOLVED to confirm, as this body hereby confirms, the appointment of Mr. Eamon Pilardo B. Siyluy as City Government Department Head-1 (City Economic Enterprise Officer), Salary Grade 25/1, effective October 17, 2022. 

RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Provincial Director, Civil Service Commission through the City Human Resource Management Division, Office of the City Administrator; to Mr. Eamon Pilardo B. Siyluy, and to the Honorable City Mayor, for information and guidance.
