Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 001 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2020-521, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A COMPREHENSIVE YOUTH WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT CODE IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFORE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 001 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merit the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to enact, as this body hereby enacts City Ordinance No. 2020-521, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing for a Comprehensive Youth Welfare and Development Code in the City of Pagadian, Providing Funds Therefore and for Other Purposes."
