Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 001, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A COMPREHENSIVE YOUTH WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT CODE IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" AND FOR ITS FURTHER CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, the Committee on Youth Welfare, Juvenile Delinquency & Drug Abuse Prevention presented for consideration of this august body, Committee Report No. 017 which pertains to Referral No. 14cc-0004 regarding Draft Ordinance No. 001, entitled: "An Ordinance providing for a Comprehensive Youth Welfare and Development Code in the City of Pagadian, Providing Funds Therefor and for other purposes." WHEREAS, the body--after finding that the foregoing matter has been pending with the concerned Committee for more than sixty (60) days which is beyond the reglementary period set under the 14th City Council Internal Rules of Procedure--and considering the importance of such piece of legislation, deems it appropriate and in order to approve the same on Second Reading and for its consideration on Third and Final Reading, hence, this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 001, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing for a Comprehensive Youth Welfare and Development Code in the City of Pagadian, Providing Funds Therefor and for Other Purposes," and for its further consideration on Third Reading.
