RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0084 (Sponsor: Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL & LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE (PALC) OF CONDOMINIUM PROJECT OF THE E.L. CASAS MINOR RESIDENCES, REPRESENTED BY DR. EDGAR A. LEGASPI, INVOLVING A TOTAL AREA OF 9,166 SQUARE METERS, WITH 32 LOTS/UNITS (30 SALEABLE LOTS AND 2 NON-SALEABLE LOTS), LOCATED AT BARANGAY BALINTAWAK, THIS CITY, AND THEREBY, IN EFFECT, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1556" WHEREAS, the 13th City Council, during its 22nd Regular Session, held on 23 March 2022, adopted Resolution No. 2022-1556 which, in gist, granted Preliminary Approval & Locational Clearance (PALC) of Condominium Project of the E.L. Casas Minor Residences, represented by Dr. Edgar A. Legaspi, involving a total area of 9,166 square meters, with 34 lots/units, located at Barangay Balintawak, this city;" WHEREAS, after finding that the number of lots was inadvertently entered as 34 instead of 32 lots only, the owner, Dr. Edgar A. Legazpi, through the City Planning and Development Coordinator sought for the correction and/or amendment of the afore-mentioned resolution by changing the number of lots from Thirty-Four (34) lots to Thirty-Two (32) lots with only 30 saleable lots and 2 non-saleable lots; WHEREAS, the body, in support of the favorable recommendation of the Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation, to which matter was initially referred, deems it appropriate and in order to approve the request, hence, this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Patricia Kaye N. Asugas, be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approve the application of E.L. Casas Minor Residences, represented by Dr. Edgar A. Legaspi, for Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance (PALC) of a Condominium Project at Barangay Balintawak, this City, as herein specified, to wit: Owner : Dr. Edgar A. Legaspi Project Name : E.L. Casas Minor Residences Lot Nos. : Lot C-2-A (TCT No. 131-2020001267); Lot C-2-B (TCT No. 131-2020001268); Lot C-2-C (TCT No. 131-2020001269); Lot C-2-D (TCT No. 131-2020001270); Lot C-2-E (TCT No. 131-2020001271); Lot C-2-I (TCT No. T-19,212); Lot C-2-H (TCT No. T-19,211); Lot C-2-F (TCT No. T-19,209); and Lot C-2-G (TCT No. T-19,210) Lot Area : 9,166 Square Meters No. of Lots/Units : Thirty-Two (32) with Thirty (30) Saleable Lots & Two (2) Non-Saleable Lots RESOLVED FURTHER, that Resolution No. 2022-1566 is hereby modified and/or amended accordingly.
