RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0082 (Sponsor: Committee on Ways and Means) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 009, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ADJUSTING THE RATE OF FEE FOR THE COMMON UTILITY SERVICE AREAS (CUSA) TO ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (P150.00) PESOS PER SQUARE METER PER MONTH THEREBY, IN EFFECT, MODIFYING SUB-PARAGRAPH OF PARAGRAPH (a), SECTION 1 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2010-311 WHICH AMENDED CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2009-288, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GUIDELINES AND POLICIES GOVERNING THE OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" AND, FURTHER GRANTING AUTHORITY TO THE CITY MAYOR TO IMPLEMENT THE INCREASE GRADUALLY" AND FOR ITS FURTHER CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, presented before this august body is Draft Ordinance No. 009 for consideration on Second Reading; WHEREAS, following the introduction of amendments, the measure was adopted for consideration on Third and Final Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 009, entitled: "An Ordinance Adjusting The Rate Of Fee For The Common Utility Service Areas (CUSA) To One Hundred Fifty (P150.00) Pesos Per Square Meter Per Month Thereby, In Effect, Modifying Sub-Paragraph Of Paragraph (a), Section 1 Of City Ordinance No. 2010-311 Which Amended City Ordinance No. 2009-288, Entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing The Guidelines And Policies Governing The Operation And Management Of The City Commercial Center Of The City Government Of Pagadian And Imposing Penalties For Violation Thereof" And, Further Granting Authority To The City Mayor To Implement The Increase Gradually," and for its further consideration on Third Reading.
