RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0074 (Sponsor: Committee on Education, Science & Technology and Accreditation of NGOs and POs) " A RESOLUTION ACCREDITING AND RECOGNIZING THE ARCHBISHOP LUIS DEL ROSARIO ASSEMBLY-KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS, DIOCESE OF PAGADIAN FOUNDATION, INC. (ALDRAKCDPFI), AS A NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION EXISTING AND OPERATING IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, the Archbishop Luis Del Rosario Assembly-Knights of Columbus, Diocese of Pagadian Foundation, INC. (ALDRAKCDPFI), a non-government organization duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), applied for accreditation with the Sangguniang Panlungsod so as to enable it to pursue its partnership with the City Government by providing training, scholarship and financial assistance to priestly vocation and other civic and religious activities in the City of Pagadian; WHEREAS, the body, after a diligent consideration of the recommendation of the Committee on Education, Science and Technology and Accreditation of NGO's and PO's, to which the foregoing concern was initially referred, finds the foregoing application in order after having complied with all documentary requisites sought for under City Ordinance No. 2010-304 and other laws relating to the accreditation of non-government, people's and other organizations; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Monique Shaira Y. To, be it RESOLVED to accredit and recognize, as this body hereby accredits and recognizes the Archbishop Luis Del Rosario Assembly-Knights of Columbus, Diocese of Pagadian Foundation, INC. (ALDRAKCDPFI), as a non-government organization existing and operating in the City of Pagadian. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Archbishop Luis Del Rosario Assembly-Knights of Columbus, Diocese of Pagadian Foundation, Incorporated; to the Honorable City Mayor; and to the DILG through the City Local Government Operations Officer, Mr. Farouk M.
