RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0072 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriation) " A RESOLUTION DECLARING OPERATIVE AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 01 (ANNUAL BUDGET 2022) OF BARANGAY KALASAN, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Kalasan, this city, enacted Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, involving the amount of Four Million Two Hundred Thousand (P4,200,000.00) Pesos representing its total budget for Calendar Year 2022 and submitted the same for review and approval by this Sanggunian pursuant to Section 391 of R.A. 7160; WHEREAS, the said Appropriation Ordinance, after careful consideration by this august body through the concerned committee, has been found to have substantially complied with the provisions of R.A. 7160 and such other pertinent legal requisites; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to declare operative and in full force and effect Appropriation Ordinance No. 01 (Annual Budget for CY 2022) of Barangay Kalasan, this City. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the concerned Sangguniang Barangay through its Punong Barangay, the City Budget Officer and the City Auditor, all of this City, for their information and guidance.
