RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0071 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriation) "A RESOLUTION DECLARING OPERATIVE AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 02, S. 2022, (SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1) OF BARANGAY LISON VALLEY, THIS CITY, INVOLVING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY (P161,780.00) PESOS" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Lison Valley enacted Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, s. 2022, (Supplemental Budget No. 1) involving the amount of One Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty (P161,780.00) Pesos and submitted the same for review and approval by this Sanggunian pursuant to Section 391 of R.A. 7160; WHEREAS, the said Appropriation Ordinance has been found to have substantially complied with the provisions of R.A. 7160 and such other pertinent legal requisites; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to declare, as this body hereby declares as operative and in full force and effect Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, s. 2022, (Supplemental Budget No. 1) of Barangay Lison Valley, this city, involving the total amount of One Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty (P161,780.00) Pesos. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Lison Valley, through the Punong Barangay, the City Budget Officer and the City Auditor, all of this city, for their information and guidance.
