ARIOSA-LOPEZ AS CITY GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD I (CITY LEGAL OFFICER), SALARY GRADE 25, IN THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co appointed Atty. Georgina L. Ariosa-Lopez as City Government Department Head I, with the specific designation of City Legal Officer (Salary Grade 25/1), effective September 22, 2022, and the appointment papers were submitted to this august body for confirmation as required by pertinent provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991; WHEREAS, the body, after preliminary scrutiny of the appointment and pertinent documents submitted with reference to the provisions of Republic Act 7160 and the subsequent evaluation of the appointee's qualification and fitness to handle the responsibilities of the office, found the appointee highly qualified and deserving for the position, hence, this confirmation; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to confirm, as this body hereby confirms the appointment of Atty. Georgina L. Ariosa-Lopez as City Government Department Head I (City Legal Officer), Salary Grade 25, in the City Government of Pagadian. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Provincial Director, Civil Service Commission through the City Human Resource Management Division-Office of the City Administrator; to Atty.
