RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0056 (Sponsored by: Committee on Good Governance, Ethics and Civil Service) "A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND AFFIRMING THE RECONSTITUTION OF THE PERSONNEL SELECTION/PROMOTION BOARD OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN AS ENUNCIATED UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 61, SERIES OF 2022, ISSUED BY HONORABLE CITY MAYOR SAMUEL S. CO" WHEREAS, on 20 September 2022, the Honorable City Mayor, by way of Executive Order No. 61, series of 2022, reconstituted and reorganized the Personnel Selection/Promotion Board of the City Government of Pagadian, and submitted the same to the Sangguniang Panlungsod for appropriate consideration; WHEREAS, this body, in support of the recommendation of the concerned Committee, to which the foregoing matter was initially referred, and anchored on the need to implement a legitimate selection/promotion process to enable and facilitate the hiring of new personnel and the promotion of deserving and qualified employees in the city government bureaucracy, it is essential to confirm/affirm the reconstitution of the Personnel Selection/ Promotion Board of the City of Pagadian; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ariel J. Lim, Jr., be it RESOLVED to confirm and affirm, as this body hereby confirms and affirms the reconstitution of the Personnel Selection/Promotion Board of the City Government of Pagadian, with the following composition, to wit: Chairman : City Mayor Samuel S. Co (for officials and employees under the Executive Department) Chairman : City Councilor Sam Tyra F. Co (for officials and employees under the Sangguniang Panlungsod) Members : City Councilor Ariel J.
