KAPA, FOR PRELIMINARY APPROVAL AND LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE (PALC) OF A CONDOMINIUM PROJECT INVOLVING SEVERAL PARCELS OF LOTS, CONTAINING A TOTAL AREA OF 2,034 SQUARE METERS, LOCATED AT BARANGAY KAWIT, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, presented before this body is the application for Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance (PALC) of Primera Grande Residences, represented by Ms. Nimfa Y. Kapa, for a condominium project on several parcels of lots, containing a total land area of 2,034 square meters, located at Barangay Kawit, this city; WHEREAS, after thorough review and evaluation by this body, in coordination with the City Planning and Development Office and the concerned SP Committee, to which the foregoing application was referred, the same application has been found to be in order so as to merit approval subject, however, to the pertinent laws and issuances governing the same; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Monique Shaira Y. To, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the application of Primera Grande Residences, represented by Ms. Nimfa Y. Kapa, for Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance (PALC) of a Condominium Project at Barangay Kawit, this city, as herein specified, to wit: Owner : Primera Grande Residences represented by Ms. Nimfa Y.
