Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION CONSIDERING THE PARTICIPATION/ATTENDANCE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE 14TH CITY COUNCIL TO THE NEWLY ELECTED OFFICIALS (NEO) BASIC ORIENTATION COURSE ON SEPTEMBER 19 TO 22, 2022, AT THE GARDEN ORCHID HOTEL, ZAMBOANGA CITY, AS AN OFFICIAL UNDERTAKING OF THE BODY IN LIEU OF ITS SCHEDULED SESSION FOR THE WEEK THEREBY, IN EFFECT, RESETTING THE 11TH REGULAR SESSION TO SEPTEMBER 28, 2022" WHEREAS, most, if not all, of the Sangguniang Panlungsod Members (14th City Council) of Pagadian City are scheduled to attend the Newly Elected Officials (NEO) Basic Orientation Course for members of Sangguniang Panlungsod and Sangguniang Bayan on September 2019-22, 2022, at the Garden Orchid Hotel, Zamboanga City; WHEREAS, finding the foregoing activity to be equally important which is part and parcel of their other official duties and responsibilities as legislators, it is deemed necessary to consider the said activity as an official undertaking of the body which therefore will necessitate the resetting of the 11th Regular Session scheduled on September 21, 2022 to September 28, 2022; NOW, THEREFORE, on motion presented by Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, and duly seconded, it was RESOLVED to consider, as this body hereby considers the participation/attendance of the members of the 14th City Council to the Newly Elected Officials (NEO) Basic Orientation Course on September 19 to 22, 2022, at the Garden Orchid Hotel, Zamboanga City, as an official undertaking of the body in lieu of its scheduled session for the week thereby, in effect, resetting the 11th Regular Session to September 28, 2022.
