RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0048 (Sponsor: Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 005 ON THIRD AND FINAL READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-519, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROMULGATING THE GUIDELINES ON THE GRANT OF MONETARY INCENTIVES TO ANY INDIVIDUAL, PAIR, GROUP OR TEAM, INCLUDING THEIR RESPECTIVE COACHES OR TRAINERS, WHO HAVE BEEN DECLARED AND RANKED WITHIN THE TOP THREE (3) WINNERS OF ANY SPORTS, SKILLS, ARTS AND ACADEMIC COMPETITIONS IN THE REGIONAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL EVENTS AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 005, sponsored by Hon. Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, has been thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity, hence, its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, with the approval and incorporation of amendment and, after finding the intent and application of the proposed measure is for the best interest of the general public, thus the approval on Third and Final Reading is imperative; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 005 on Third and Final Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2022-519, entitled: "An Ordinance Promulgating the Guidelines on the Grant of Monetary Incentives to Any Individual, Pair, Group or Team, Including their Respective Coaches or Trainers, Who Have Been Declared and Ranked Within the Top Three (3) Winners of any Sports, Skills, Arts and Academic Competitions in the Regional, National and International Events and Appropriating Funds Therefor."
