RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0044 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance & Appropriation) "A RESOLUTION DECLARING TO BE OPERATIVE IN ITS ENTIRETY SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET 01, FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2022, OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY TIGUMA FOR THE PRIORITY PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES (PPAS) RELATED TO YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AND EMPOWERMENT"' WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tiguma, this city, enacted Resolution No. 42, s. 2022, which, in gist, approved their SK Supplemental Budget No. 01 involving the amount of One Million and Thirty Thousand (P1,030,000.00) Pesos and submitted the same for approval by this Honorable Sanggunian pursuant to Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, series 2019, dated 23 January 2019, issued by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the National Youth Commission (NYC); WHEREAS, the said legislation, after careful consideration by this august body through the concerned Committee, has been found to have considerably conformed with the DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2020-074 and the DBM Local Budget Circular No. 124; NOW, THEREFORE, on motion presented by Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, duly seconded, it was RESOLVED to declare, as it is hereby declared to be operative in its entirety Supplemental Budget 01, for Calendar Year 2022, of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tiguma for the Priority Programs, Projects and Activities (PPAs) related to Youth Development and Empowerment. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the concerned Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tiguma, through its SK Chairperson, the City Budget Officer and the City Auditor, all of this City, for their information and guidance.
