RESOLUTION NO. 2022-0035 (Co - Sponsored by: Committee on Games, Amusements and Sports; Committee on Finance and Appropriations; and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 005, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE GRANTING CASH INCENTIVES TO INDIVIDUALS, PAIRED OR GROUPS WHO EXCELLED IN SPORTS, SKILLS AND ACADEMIC COMPETITIONS AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 005 on Second Reading, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of the authority of the body, aside from its very relevance and practicability under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading Draft Ordinance No. 005, entitled: "An Ordinance Granting Cash Incentives to Individuals, Paired or Groups Who Excelled in Sports, Skills and Academic Competitions and Appropriating Funds Therefor.
